| Worthing Club Rules
1. The Club shall be known as Worthing Trials Club.
2. The clubs objectives shall be the encouragement of trials motorcycling and
the promotion of sporting and social events in the furtherance of these
objectives.
3. To this end the Club shall be affiliated to the Amateur Motor Cycle
Association, and it’s competitions shall be run under the Amateur Motor Cycle
Association’s rules.
4. The Club shall be essentially a members club and be conducted
independently of any personal interests.
5. The committee shall have the right to accept or refuse any application for
membership.
6. There shall be an annual subscription that shall run from 1st January to
31st December payable on the same date each year. The annual subscription shall
be Riders full membership £10.00 Non riders associated membership £5.00 Junior
membership £6.00 (riders under 16) Family Membership £14.00
7. Members shall hold themselves in honour, bound to abide by the Rules of
the Club and in all cases of dispute or disagreement to accept the decision of
the committee as final and binding, except as may otherwise be provided by the
rules of the Amateur Motor Cycle Association as far as they may apply.
8. The committee may, at their discretion, make reciprocal membership
arrangements with other clubs.
9. The committee shall have the power, after due enquiry, to expel membership
of the Club, any member who has committed a breach of these Rules, or whose
conduct in any respect renders it desirable in the interests of the Club that
such a step is taken.
10. In the event of the dissolving of the Club an Extraordinary General
Meeting will be called in order to settle any outstanding debts and distribute
any surplus funds to any remaining members.
11. Anything not covered by these Rules shall be decided by the
committee.
